Kelly Robinson Founder & Family Law Attorney
After almost two decades as a partner at a prestigious “Big Law” firm, Kelly Robinson launched her own family law practice, dedicated to guiding clients through life’s most personal and complex legal matters. Her firm handles divorce, custody, parenting disputes, pre- and post-marital agreements, cohabitation agreements, guardianships, conservatorships, and more.
With over 33 years of legal experience, Kelly began her career in civil litigation and employment law before expanding into family law 20 years ago. Today, she devotes her practice entirely to family law, driven by a deep passion for helping clients navigate these pivotal moments with strength, clarity, and confidence.
Kelly is a compassionate listener who takes her client’s story and her client’s desired goals to develop a personalized case plan that will get them to the finish line in the most efficient yet attentive way possible. Kelly educates her clients about the law and explains how it impacts the unique issues of their situation so that her clients can explore their options and make the informed decisions necessary for a successful outcome, whether that be a favorably negotiated agreement or a contested court hearing.
When Kelly isn’t working, she loves spending quality time with her husband, their two German Shepherds, and her three grown children and their partners. She’s an avid pickleball player, enjoys traveling, especially anything involving boating, lakes, or oceans, and makes an annual trip to Lake Powell. Kelly also loves reading for pleasure.
For over 20 years, she has been an active member of the Women Presidents Organization, a peer network for women entrepreneurs focused on connection, leadership, and business growth.
