Using the Site, submitting a form, or sending us an email or text message does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only when the Firm agrees in writing to represent you, usually through a signed engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential information.

The Site may be considered attorney advertising under the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Kelly Robinson is licensed to practice law in Colorado.

9. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
(a) Program description. Kelly Robinson Law Client Messages is a text messaging program for prospective and current clients. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling, requests for documents or information, case status updates, billing notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
(b) How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number on our intake or contact form and checking the consent box, by agreeing in your engagement agreement, or by texting us first at [texting number] and confirming you want to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of hiring the Firm.
(c) Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your matter and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
(d) Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.

(f) Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

(h) Confidentiality. Text messaging is not a fully secure channel. Please do not text highly sensitive information. Texts about your matter may be kept in your client file.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
